This evening, Mr Abala Wanga and other County officials joined H.E. Governor Prof. Anyang’ Nyong’o for the closing meeting with ACAL Consulting Ltd, who conducted the First Annual Performance Assessment (APA I) for Kisumu under the Second Kenya Urban Support Programme (KUSP2). The two-day assessment evaluated Kisumu’s performance in meeting Minimum Conditions and Performance Standards, determining its eligibility for Urban Development Grant funds for FY24/25.
