The final day of the second City Board Induction conference was presided over by H.E. Governor Prof. Anyang’ Nyong’o. The event concluded with the signing of performance contracts between the Governor and the City Board, the City Board and the City Manager, and finally between the City Manager and his Heads of Departments. This marks the beginning of a renewed commitment to efficient governance and service delivery in Kisumu, with a Board now equipped and ready to serve its citizens effectively.
