This morning, the City Board Chairman Engineer Kenneth Nyangaga, the City Management and the City Manager met with a multisectoral team from the World Bank, the Council of Governors, and the KUSP National Program Coordination Team to prepare for the rollout of the second phase of the Kenya Urban Support Program (KUSP2). This includes the development of an urban service delivery monitoring and evaluation handbook, one of the minimum conditions for KUSP 2.
