The City Manager joined H.E the Governor Prof. Anyang’ Nyong’o for the groundbreaking ceremony of the Anderson Estate – Ofafa Housing Project, a transformative development funded by the Local Authorities Pension Trust (LAPTRUST) that will provide 1,200 quality housing units upon completion. This project is significant for Kisumu City as it addresses the critical need for affordable housing, enhances urban infrastructure, and supports sustainable city growth. Prior to the event, a courtesy call was made to H.E the Governor by the LAPTRUST team, led by Chairlady Ms. Winfred Mbai and CPFKenya Group Managing Director Mr. Hosea Kili, to discuss the project’s potential benefits and strategic implementation.
