City Manager had the honor of accompanying H.E the President Hon. William Samoei Ruto at the commissioning of the Lumumba Affordable Housing Project in Kisumu Central. This development will comprise 2,348 units distributed across over 15 blocks, encompassing three categories i.e, social housing, affordable housing, and market-rate affordable units
The project is strategically designed to offer accessible, economically viable housing options, thereby improving living conditions, enhancing housing security for low- and middle-income families, and alleviating the challenges of accessing decent housing within the county.
