A delegation from Emali/Sultan Hamud municipality in Makueni County and led by their Board Chairman Anderson Matheka are in Kisumu City for a benchmarking tour to familiarize themselves with the management of the city of Kisumu. They were received by the City Manager Abala Wanga together with his Deputy Charles Omollo. They will be in Kisumu tour for the next two days where they will make interactive one on one sessions with Kisumu City’s different departmental heads to get a hands on feel of how the City is Managed
