Mr. Evans Otieno Ogweno, with over 15 years of diverse experience, currently serves as the City Head of Finance. He brings a strong background in both public and private sectors, having spent 4 years in audit within the private sector and an additional 15 years in various finance roles at both the National and County Government levels. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Accounting and is a certified member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Kenya (ICPAK). His extensive expertise in financial management, audit, and public finance underscores his leadership in the city’s financial affairs.
