He brings extensive expertise in urban development planning, strategic project management, and monitoring and evaluation.
His academic qualifications, including a PhD in Project Planning and Management, a Master’s in Project Monitoring and Evaluation and a BA in Sociology, complement his practical expertise in designing and implementing sustainable urban solutions.
As a development consultant, Dr. Okul has provided consulting services to leading global organizations, including the World Bank, ILO, and UNDP, where he has led urban-focused assessments, complex evaluations, and capacity-building initiatives.
